A developmental edit
Your draft is done and the open questions are big-picture ones. That is exactly what a developmental edit is for: structure, character, pacing, point of view, and whether the ending earns itself. You get two passes, an edit letter, and a call to talk it through.
A copy and line edit
The story works. What is left is the prose itself: rhythm, word choice, dialogue, grammar, and consistency, marked up in tracked changes with a style sheet you keep.
